Hyrizen Agency Systems
Give your producers their selling time back.
Hyrizen finds and removes repetitive work across intake, follow-up, documentation, and renewals without replacing your AMS or allowing AI to make coverage decisions.
Built for established independent P&C agencies with operational volume, an existing technology stack, and too much valuable staff time disappearing into administrative work.

The capacity problem
Your agency may not need more people. It may need less repeated work.
The same information gets collected twice. Producers chase missing details. Calls become notes hours later. Follow-up depends on memory. Renewal preparation begins differently depending on who owns the account. The AMS remains the system of record, but the work surrounding it splinters across inboxes, forms, spreadsheets, calendars, and individual habits.
That fragmentation consumes producer capacity, creates inconsistent service, and makes growth feel like a hiring problem.
Intake arrives incomplete
Staff spend selling time collecting information that should have arrived structured and ready for review.
Follow-up lives in memory
Opportunities stall because ownership, timing, and next actions are inconsistent or invisible.
Documentation becomes a second job
Conversations, emails, and decisions must be reconstructed and entered after the work already happened.
Renewals restart the same work
Teams rebuild context, chase updates, and coordinate handoffs through processes that vary by employee.
Automation with judgment intact
Automate the repetition. Preserve the responsibility.
Insurance is not a field where “fully autonomous” should be treated as a feature. Hyrizen uses automation and AI selectively: to structure information, prepare drafts, summarize activity, route work, surface exceptions, and keep processes moving.
Licensed professionals remain responsible for coverage advice, client decisions, review, and approval.
The AMS stays authoritative.
Build around the agency’s core system instead of creating another place staff must remember to check.
Humans approve consequential work.
AI may assist; it does not independently advise, quote, bind, underwrite, or make claims decisions.
Every improvement is measurable.
Establish the current baseline before claiming time, capacity, or financial impact.
Start with evidence
The Agency Capacity Audit
A focused two-week engagement that identifies where operational capacity is being lost, what can be improved safely, and which opportunity is worth implementing first.
What the audit covers
- Owner and operations-leader interviews
- Selected staff workflow interviews
- Technology and subscription inventory
- Review of new-business intake, follow-up, documentation, and renewal preparation
- Manual-touch, duplication, delay, and handoff analysis
- Current-state workflow maps
- Privacy, accuracy, and human-review risk assessment
- Conservative capacity and implementation model
- Ranked opportunity roadmap
- Executive report and decision-maker walkthrough
From blueprint to operation
The 90-Day Capacity Recovery Sprint
The audit identifies the opportunity. The sprint redesigns and implements the one or two workflows with the strongest measured return.
-
STEP 01
Baseline
Define the present workflow, monthly volume, manual touch time, failure points, and target outcome.
-
STEP 02
Redesign
Remove unnecessary steps, establish ownership, and decide what should be automated, assisted, or kept human.
-
STEP 03
Build
Implement the forms, routing, integrations, approval controls, documentation, and reporting required by the redesigned workflow.
-
STEP 04
Adopt
Train staff, monitor actual use, resolve friction, and compare the result with the original baseline.
Included in the sprint
- Workflow redesign
- Forms, task routing, and controlled automation
- Existing-system integration where technically available
- Human approval controls
- Documentation and audit trail design
- AI-use policy framework
- Staff training
- Owner-facing performance view
- Thirty-day stabilization period
Where capacity can return
Start where repetition and volume intersect.
Structured intake
Collect the right information once, validate completeness, and route it to the correct owner.
Conversation documentation
Turn meetings, calls, and email activity into reviewable draft notes and next actions without asking staff to reconstruct the conversation later.
Quote and proposal follow-up
Make ownership, timing, and next steps visible so qualified opportunities do not disappear between touchpoints.
Renewal preparation
Start earlier, request updates consistently, assemble context, and surface exceptions for human review.
The first implementation is selected from the agency’s measured workflow, not from a predetermined software package.
Clear operating boundaries
What Hyrizen will not automate.
- Independent coverage recommendations
- Binding or underwriting decisions
- Claims determinations
- Unreviewed policy comparisons
- Uncontrolled customer-facing communication
- Workflows that require policyholder data to be placed into unapproved public tools
- A replacement for legal, regulatory, E&O, privacy, or cybersecurity counsel
The goal is not maximum automation. It is the right work performed faster, more consistently, and with responsibility intact.
Insurance knowledge before software
Built by someone who understands the work.
Brandon Sorensen, founder of Hyrizen. Nearly a decade in consumer finance and insurance compliance before founding Hyrizen.
That operating knowledge is paired with Hyrizen’s existing work designing websites, intake systems, dashboards, client workflows, integrations, and the infrastructure behind them.
The result is not a generic automation package adapted during discovery. The work begins with an understanding of where insurance judgment belongs and where administrative repetition does not.
A narrow first engagement
Begin with the operation, not a software pitch.
-
STEP 01
Fit review
Confirm agency size, operational problem, leadership involvement, and technical constraints.
-
STEP 02
Capacity audit
Measure the current state and rank the opportunities.
-
STEP 03
Decision
Keep the blueprint, use another implementation partner, or engage Hyrizen.
-
STEP 04
Implementation
Build and measure the approved first workflow.
Best suited to established independent P&C agencies with approximately 10–50 employees, an existing AMS/CRM, and recurring operational volume, willing to involve the people who perform the work. Not designed for companies seeking a generic AI seminar, an AMS replacement, or autonomous insurance decisions.
Before we begin
Questions about Agency Systems.
Are you replacing our agency management system?
No. The AMS remains the system of record. Hyrizen improves the surrounding workflow and integrates with existing systems where their APIs, exports, permissions, and vendor terms allow it.
Is this an AI consulting package?
No. The engagement begins with workflow evidence and operating economics. AI is used only where it improves a defined process safely; conventional automation or process redesign may be the better answer.
Will AI communicate directly with our clients?
Not by default. Customer-facing communication requires an approved use case, controlled source material, clear review rules, and the agency’s authorization. Consequential communication remains subject to human approval.
Can you guarantee revenue growth?
No. Hyrizen measures operational capacity and workflow performance, not hypothetical sales. Any revenue opportunity is reported separately from validated labor and operating savings.
What access do you need?
The audit begins with interviews, workflow observation, and non-sensitive operating information. System or data access is scoped only after necessity, permissions, security, and vendor constraints are understood. Never send policyholder data through the public inquiry form.
What happens after the 90-day sprint?
The completed system, documentation, and operating process are handed over to the agency. Ongoing monitoring and optimization may be offered under a separate Agency Systems Stewardship agreement; it is not required.
Do you work with captive agencies or carriers?
The initial offer is designed for independent P&C agencies. Other organizations may inquire, but fit, authority, platform restrictions, and scope must be evaluated separately.
Find the work your agency should no longer be repeating.
Start with the Agency Capacity Audit.
Hyrizen will document where capacity is being lost, calculate the opportunity conservatively, and give you a prioritized blueprint you can keep, with or without Hyrizen implementing it.
